Terms and Conditions of Homepage Use
Article 1 (Purpose)
① The Terms and Conditions of Use herein purports to prescribe the relevant rights, obligations and liability between the User and Incheon global Campus Housing (Hereinafter referred to as “IGCH”) in terms of the User accessing the Homepage service (Hereinafter referred to as “Service”), which is provided by IGCH.
② If the User intends to access the Service, the prescribed procedure should be followed, which is provided by IGCH. As for rights, obligations and liability, it shall comply with the Terms and Conditions of Use at the IGCH Homepage.
Article 2 (Definition of the User and Registration)
① “User(s)“ means a person or persons who receives the Service provided by IGCH.
② The User is the person who checks “Agreement” on the Terms and Conditions of Service Use.
Article 3 (Interruption of Service)
① Due to maintenance inspection & replacement and breakdown, loss of communication, etc. IGCH may temporarily suspend the Service in use. and IGCH would temporarily suspend when replacement of the system or the case when they think necessary
② In the event of such interruption pursuant to Article 3(1) above, IGCH shall notify the User in the manner prescribed according to Article 5(2) ; Provided that if any prior notice in writing is not possible due to the Service interruption occurred beyond a reasonable control of IGCH (ie. system disk failure, system stop, internet signal failure etc), it needs not provide such notice.
Article 4 (Service Use and Disqualification etc)
① If objectively proven that it falls in any of the following items, IGCH shall be required to limit, suspend or cancel the User eligibility as it may be appropriate:
1. Any wrong registration through not usual process when registering;
2. In violation of Article 8 and Article 9 herein; or
3. No usage records logged-in for a period of more than 90 days after joining the Homepage Membership
② In the case that IGCH decides to disqualify the eligibility of the User, it shall have no obligation to notify in writing to the User and cancel the registration accordingly.
Article 5 (Sending Information to the User)
① In the case of IGCH providing a notice to the specific User, it would utilize email address and phone number.
② In the case of IGCH providing a notice to non-specific User, it shall be deemed to complete an individual notice by way of displaying it (ie. initial screen “Notice”) on the Service screen not less than 3 days.
③ IGCH may be able to send information material to the User.
Article 6 (Obligation of IGCH)
① IGCH should not act in a way, which is prevented by the relevant laws and the Terms & Conditions or harming the traditional custom, and provide a normal service in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
Article 7 (Utilization of Personal Information)
① If it is necessary to manage resident’s daily life and check-in or check-out related works, their personal information of the User would be utilized.
Article 8 (Obligation of the User)
① The User shall not engage in the following items when using the Service :
1. Activities that register false information while applying and modifying for membership;
2. Activities that use the other member’s ID illegally;
3. Activities that post and send any prohibited material (ie. illegal, obscene etc) pursuant to the relevant laws and regulations;
4. Activities that harm the traditional custom and other social order;
5. Activities that violate IP rights of IGCH or the other person, or disturb the business of IGCH;
6. Activities that hack or spread computer virus program etc., to cause any malfunction or destruction of information in regard to ICT equipment;
7. Activities that posts advertisements or promotions, or transmit spam email;
8. Activities that illegally send/receive material, upload to cause interruption in terms of service operation.
9. Activities that comment/send emails while pretending to be, or impersonating IGCH staffs or manager, or using other’s ID illegally ;
10. Activities that harass other Users including but not limited to stalking ;
11. Activities that collect, restore, or disclose personal information regarding other Users without a prior consent :
12. Activities that breach the provisions stipulated in the Terms and Conditions for the Service provided by IGCH ; and
13. Activities that breach any provision according to other relevant laws and regulations.
② In the event that the User is in breach of the preceding Paragraph (1), IGCH shall be required to limit, suspend or cancel the eligibility of membership pursuant to Article 4.
③ The User indemnifies all losses and damages for IGCH or other Users resulting from the relevant breaches.
④ Each User has the responsibility to backup and restore regarding the relevant material and must keep an original copy separately when uploading critical materials so as to prepare for loss of such material due to system malfunction etc. and in that regard, IGCH shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever.
Article 9 (Modification of T&C)
① The Terms and Conditions shall take effect as of execution date specified in the supplementary provisions, and IGCH posts the T&C via online website
② IGCH, upon occurring reasonable reasons, could modify the terms without the separate notification, and a revised version will be posted on the IGCH website.
③ In the case that the User disagrees with the modification, the User can stop using the Service and cancel membership accordingly.
④ IGCH will consider that the User agree modification of the Terms and Conditions when the User continue to access the website after enforcement date.
[Items of Personal Information Collected]
1. IGC Housing Homepage collects the member’s personal information as below.
- ID, PW, Name, University, Nationality, Contact details, Email address, Copy of bank account
2. During a process of using the Service, the following information as below would be automatically produced and collected thereafter.
- IP Address, Cookie, Visiting date & time, Service usage record, Poor usage record
[Purpose for Personal Information Collection]
IGCH Homepage collects personal information for the purpose of member’s community service access and online helper: e-administrative process. The detailed purposes are as follows.
- Membership service access and ID confirmation in accordance with limited ID confirmation mechanism
- Preventing wrongful and non-approved usage by poor members
- Confirming intention for sign-up, limiting sign-up & the number thereof
[Maintaining Period of Personal Information]
IGCH Homepage in principle destroys without any delay once the purpose for collecting and using personal information has been achieved ; provided that the information regarding poor members is remained for the period specified as below.
- Information of poor members, Reason to report as poor member etc.
- Maintaining Period : 1 Year
[Right to refuse agreement and the limitations thereto]
It is possible to not agree on collection and usage of personal information. In the case of disagreeing on collection and usage of personal information, access to the bulletin board may be limited.

홈페이지 이용약관
제1조 (목적 등)
① 이 이용약관은 사용자가 인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관(Incheon Global Campus Housing)에서 제공하는 홈페이지 서비스(이하 "서비스"라 한다)를 이용함에 있어 사용자와 인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항 규정을 목적으로 한다.
② 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 경우 인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관이 정한 소정의 절차를 거쳐야 하며, 권리, 의무 및 책임사항에 관해서는 인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관 홈페이지의 이용약관에 따른다.
제2조 (사용자의 정의 및 등록)
① "사용자"란 인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관이 제공하는 서비스를 받는 자를 말한다.
② 사용자는 본 서비스 이용 약관에 "동의"한 자를 대상으로 한다.
제3조 (서비스의 중단)
① 인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관은 컴퓨터 등 정보통신설비의 보수점검•교체 및 고장, 통신 두절 등의 사유가 발생한 경우에는 서비스의 제공을 일시적으로 중단할 수 있고, 새로운 서비스로 교체하거나 기타 인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관이 적절하다고 판단하는 사유에 한하여 현재 제공되는 서비스를 일시적으로 중단할 수 있다.
② 제1항에 의한 서비스 중단의 경우 인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관은 제5조 제2항에서 정한 방법으로 사용자에게 통지한다. 다만, 인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관이 통제할 수 없는 사유로 인한 서비스의 중단 (시스템 디스크 장애, 시스템 정지, 인터넷 회선 장애 등)으로 사전 통지가 불가능한 경우에는 그러하지 아니한다.
제4조 (서비스 이용 및 자격 상실 등)
① 사용자가 다음 각 호의 사유에 해당하는 경우, 인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관은 사용자의 이용자격을 적절한 방법으로 제한 및 정지, 상실시킬 수 있다.
1. 사용자 등록 시 정상적인 절차로 등록하지 않은 경우
2. 제8조, 제9조 의무를 위반한 경우
3. 홈페이지 가입 후 90일 이상 사용실적이 없는 경우
② 인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관이 사용자의 이용자격을 상실시키기로 결정한 경우에는 해당 사용자에게 통보하지 아니하고 즉시 사용자등록을 말소할 수 있다.
제5조 (사용자에 대한 안내물 발송)
① 인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관이 특정 사용자에 대하여 통지하는 경우 메일주소 및 전화번호를 연락 수단으로 활용할 수 있다.
② 인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관이 불특정다수 사용자에 대하여 통지하는 경우 3일 이상 서비스에 게시(초기화면의 "Notice")함으로써 개별 통지를 갈음할 수 있다.
③ 인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관의 안내물을 사용자에게 발송할 수 있다.
제6조 (인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관의 의무)
① 인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관은 관계법령과 본 이용약관에서 금지하는 행위 또는 미풍양속에 반하는 행위를 하지 않으며, 본 이용약관이 정하는 바에 따라 지속적이고 안정적으로 서비스를 제공한다.
제7조 (개인정보의 활용)
① 인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관의 입실자 생활관리 및 입퇴실관련 업무에 필요한 경우 사용자의 개인정보를 활용할 수 있다.
제8조 (사용자의 의무)
① 사용자는 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 아니된다.
1. 회원가입신청 또는 변경 시 허위내용을 등록하는 행위
2. 다른 회원의 ID를 도용하는 행위
3. 관련 법령에 의하여 그 전송 또는 게시가 금지되는 정보(불법, 음란 자료 등)의 전송 또는 게시하는 행위
4. 미풍양속 및 기타 사회질서를 해하는 행위
5. 인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관 또는 기타 제3자의 인격권 또는 지적재산권을 침해하거나 업무를 방해하는 행위
6. 정보통신설비의 오동작이나 정보 등의 파괴를 유발시키는 해킹 또는 컴퓨터 바이러스 프로그램 등의 유포 행위
7. 광고 또는 선전을 게시하거나 스팸메일을 전송하는 행위
8. 서비스의 안정적 운영에 지장을 초래하는 자료 송수신, 게시물 등록, 기타 건전한 서비스 이용에 반하는 행위
9. 인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관의 직원이나 관리자를 가장하거나 사칭 또는 타인의 명의를 도용하여 글을 게시하거나 메일을 발송하는 행위
10. 스토킹(stalking) 등 다른 사용자를 괴롭히는 행위
11. 다른 사용자에 대한 개인정보를 동의 없이 수집, 저장, 공개하는 행위
12. 인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관이 제공하는 서비스 이용약관에서 정한 사항을 위반하는 행위
13. 기타 관계법령에 위배되는 행위
② 제1항에 해당하는 행위를 한 사용자가 있을 경우 인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관은 본 이용약관 제4조에서 정한 바에 따라 사용자의 회원자격을 적절한 방법으로 제한, 정지, 상실시킬 수 있다.
③ 사용자의 귀책사유로 인하여 피해가 발생한 경우 인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관이나 다른 사용자가 입은 손해를 배상할 책임이 있다.
④ 사용자의 자료에 대한 백업(Backup)과 보관에 대한 책임은 각 사용자에게 있으며 사용자는 중요자료의 게재 시 반드시 별도로 원본을 보관하여 시스템의 오작동 등으로 발생할 수 있는 자료 분실에 대비하여야 하며, 이에 대해 인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관은 책임지지 않는다.
제9조 (이용약관의 개정)
① 본 이용약관은 부칙에 정해진 시행일로부터 효력이 발생하며 인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관은 이 이용약관을 서비스홈페이지에 온라인으로 게시한다.
② 인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관은 합리적인 사유가 발생할 경우에는 별도의 고지없이 이용약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 이용약관은 서비스 홈페이지에 게시한다.
③ 사용자는 변경된 이용약관 사항에 동의하지 않으면 서비스 이용을 중단하고 이용을 해지할 수 있다.
④ 이용약관의 시행일 이후의 계속적인 서비스 이용은 이용약관의 변경 사항에 동의한 것으로 간주한다.
[수집하는 개인정보의 항목]
① 인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관 홈페이지에서는 회원의 개인정보를 아래와 같이 수집하고 있습니다.
- ID, PW, 성명, 소속학교, 국적, 연락처, 이메일주소, 통장사본
② 서비스 이용과정에서 아래와 같은 정보들이 자동으로 생성되어 수집될 수 있습니다.
- IP Address, 쿠키, 방문 일시, 서비스 이용 기록, 불량 이용 기록
[개인정보 수집 목적]
인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관 홈페이지에서는 일반인 회원의 커뮤니티 서비스 이용 및 온라인도우미 민원처리를 위해 개인정보를 수집합니다. 상세한 목적은 다음과 같습니다.
- 회원제 서비스 이용 및 제한적 본인 확인제에 따른 본인확인
- 불량회원의 부정 이용방지와 비인가 사용방지
- 가입의사 확인, 가입 및 가입횟수 제한
[개인정보의 보유 기간]
인천글로벌캠퍼스 생활관 홈페이지에서는 원칙적으로 개인정보의 수집 및 이용목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 단, 불량회원의 정보에 대해서는 아래 명시한 기간 동안 보존합니다.
- 불량회원 정보, 불량회원 신고사유 등
- 보존기간: 1년
