생활관 입사신청시 코로나 상황 관련 제출 서류 안내드립니다.
아래 3가지 중 1개를 선택하여 방문 입사(check-in)시 제출하면 됩니다.
1) PCR검사: 입사일 기준 2일 이내에 받은 검사가 유효 (EX: 입사일 8월 20일 -> 검사일 8월 18, 19, 20일 유효). 종이문서와 문자 모두 가능.
2) 신속항원검사: 입사일 기준 1일 이내에 받은 검사가 유효 (EX: 입사일 8월 20일 -> 검사일 8월 19일, 20일 유효). 종이문서와 문자 모두 가능.
3) 코로나 격리 해제 사실 확인서 또는 격리 통지서: 입사일 기준 코로나 격리해제 180일 이내 (코로나 양성 판정자 전용). 종이문서와 문자 모두 가능.
위 3개 중 1개를 제출하면 되는 것을 원칙으로 하고, 해외입국자의 경우도 동일한 기준을 적용하게 되는데,
PCR검사와 신속항원검사는 한국에서 받은 검사가 유효하다는 점 안내드립니다.

Below is the information of required document regarding COVID-19.
Applicants should submit any one of those three required documents below when you check in:
1) PCR Test: Test taken within 2days from check-in is valid (EX: August 20 Check-in -> Test taken August 18, 19, or 20 is valid). Both paper and text message are available.
2) Rapid Antigen Test: Test taken within 1day from check-in is valid (EX: August 20 Check-in -> Test taken August 19 or 20 is valid). Both paper and text message are available.
3) Confirmation of Release From Isolation of COVID-19 or Command to Isolation of COVID-19: Confirmation within 180 days from check-in is valid (ONLY FOR COVID-19 POSITIVE TESTED). Both paper and text message are available.
Every applicant including one from other country should submit one of them.
However, PCR or RAT taken in Korea only is valid.
