Please follow the process for your own type.

[SUNY/GMUK]

Period: 21th~22th June, 10:00am~5:00pm(except 12:00pm~1:00pm)

[GUGC]

Period: 21th~22th June, 10:00am~5:00pm(except 12:00pm~1:00pm) - 9weeks

             28th~29th June, 10:00am~5:00pm(except 12:00pm~1:00pm) - 8weeks

[Process]

New Students) Please visit the housing office(A117) during the check-in period with your proof of 2021 spring semester(such as confirmation of 2021 spring semester tuition fee payment/course registration details(screensot)).

Extending Students)

- Staying in the same room type: Please send an email to igchousing@gmail.com with this title [University/Name/University ID/Room Number] during the check-in period. You don't have visit the housing office(A117).

- Changing the room type: Please visit the housing office(A117) during the check-in period.

If you do not follow this process during this period, your application will be cancelled automatically.
