[FINAL] Spring 2021 Full Refund

As of May 17th, 10AM, we will be accepting full refund for 2021 Spring semester. Please see below for the details:

 

1. WHO? Students who have not checked-in and are requesting full refund

 

2. WHEN? May 17th (10:00) ~ 21st (17:00)

 

3. HOW?

a) log-in to your account through the housing website page

b) my page -> check-in -> "apply for refund"

* leave the room number blank

 

4. NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO BE UPLOADED?

*A copy of your student ID or government issued ID with a photo

*A copy of your own bank account

 

If the refund application includes unreported or false information, your refund process will be canceled. IGC Housing Office staff are making the utmost effort to complete all refunds as soon as possible but please note that it may take more than 4 weeks for the refund to be completed. We thank you for your kind understanding in advance.

UPDATE: We are in midst of finalizing the system and will soon be receiving full refund for Spring 2021. For this particular occasion, students will only be able to receive full refund to their own bank account (not your parents' or guardians').

*For international students, please create a Korean bank account ahead of time.
