We are planning to ask you to apply for overnight stay from Fall 2021 semester.

However, the application system is not settled yet, so when the system is ready we will notify you how to apply.

This regulation is just to check whether residents are in the dorm or not in the case of emergency.

Also, it doesn't mean that you can't enter or go inside your room after midnight.

You can enter the dorm after midnight because it is not like a curfew.

It's not like a curfew but like your notice to us that you're not in the room until your applied time.
