Mid-Leave Checkout
Mid-Leave Checkout Process:
1. Apply for "check-out" online
2. Visit the IGC Housing Office (Monday~Friday from 10:00-17:00, with the exception of lunch 12:00-13:00) to:
a) fill out the Mid-Leave Check-out Form
b) inspection
c) submit all the necessary refund documents (please see below)

Refunding to your bank account?
*Application for Dorm Refund (please do not forget to sign at the bottom of the paper)
*A copy of your student ID
*A copy of your government issued ID with a photo
*A copy of your bank account
Refunding to another person's bank account (ex: parent account):
*Application for Dorm Refund (please do not forget to sign at the bottom of the paper)
*Power of Attorney (please do not forget to sign at the bottom of the paper)
*A copy of your student ID
*A copy of your government issued ID with a photo
*A copy of the person's government issued ID with a photo
*A copy of the person's bank account
